Our favorite store-bought "bun" for a breakfast sandwich is the Gluten-free English Muffins from Trader Joe's. They are light and not dry. Additionally, they aren't as expensive as other gluten-free buns, at $3.99 per 4-pack at my local NorCal TJ's. But, if those aren't accessible, you can use any gluten-free bun of your choice.

Wrap each one in aluminum foil, place in a gallon size ziploc bag, and you have a quick, ready-to-eat breakfast in just minutes. To reheat, unwrap and microwave for one minute. You can easily make a few gluten free breakfast sandwiches, wrap them in aluminum foil, and then place into the freezer for up to 3 months. To reheat, let them thaw in the fridge overnight and cook in the air fryer at 350 F for 4-5 minutes wrapped in foil.
