Katsiki is easier to access with around 100 steps, compared to Egremni's 400. Parking fee is steep with 10 Euros flat rate. Katsiki is way smaller than Egremni which means huge crowds. On both there're no sunbeds, umbrellas, bars,.so you must bring your own. Tour boats from Nidri charge around 30 Euros pp for all day, visiting 7 spots.

Best Beaches On Lefkada, Greece Chasing the Donkey
Access by boat Boat trips to Porto Katsiki depart from the port of Vasiliki in the morning hours. There are also some that depart from the port in Nidri. The Agiofili taxi boat and the Ionian Princess of Lefkascruises depart from Vasiliki. The pleasant ride there takes 50 minutes. One also stops at Egremni Beach. Agiofili Taxi Boat Departures:

Porto Katsiki beach is located in the southwest of Lefkada. It is about 40km away from the capital city, and 15km away from Vasiliki. This beach can be seen on every postcard of Lefkada, and it's among the most beautiful beaches in Greece, as well as in the world.

Carved beneath rugged cliffs, this iconic beach offers a dramatic setting. There's parking (€10) at the top of the cliffs and it's a much shorter walk (around 100 steps) to the beach than Egremni.

Porto Katsiki beach
A highly recommended place on the southern side of Lefkada: Agiofili beach is medium sized bay, surrounded by beautiful natural scenery. Daily boat trips visit this gem from Vasiliki and from Nidri during summer months, but you can reach this place also by car or scooter.

The turnoff to Porto Katsiki beach is about 20km and 20 minutes from Vasiliki or 25km and 30 minutes from Agios Nikitas. The turnoff is at the top of the cliff at an altitude of 320 meters above sea level. There is a small snack bar and parking for a couple of cars. Directly below you is Egremni beach.
