This Hurricane Mocktail is a naturally sweet blend of passion, pineapple and citrus juices, with raspberry-lime sparkling water as a pink upper layer. Garnished with maraschino cherries, this recipe is free of red dyes and doesn't need simple syrup. Enjoy for Mardi Gras or any festive occasion! Mix together your party punch base: orange juice, lime juice, pineapple juice and passion fruit syrup. Keep chilled until ready to serve. Pour 6 - 8 ounces of the punch base into a glass of ice. For non-alcoholic version: add 1 oz grenad. Top it off with a little bit of club soda for some fizz.

To a large cocktail shaker with ice, add white rum, dark rum, orange juice, pineapple juice, cranberry juice and 1 1/2 Tbsp grenadine. Add lid and shake until cocktail shaker is frosted and very cold to the touch. Fill a hurricane glass and add 1 tsp grenadine to bottom of the glass. Top with ice and then strain the shaken cocktail into the glass.

Directions. Add a few ice cubes to a cocktail shaker. Add the orange juice, pineapple juice, cranberry juice, lime juice and grenadine to the cocktail shaker as well. The traditional recipe is actually pretty simple - just two kinds of rum, some passion fruit syrup and lime juice. But over the years, bartenders have added and swapped many ingredients.
